Flood aid 12:20pm today PEOPLE raised a teacup to the bravery of Droitwich Spa residents at a specially organised reception for flood victims. Eighty people were invited along to a welcome home tea party, which was organised by the Festival Housing Group to acknowledge the hard work and bravery of all those involved in the floods last year. The event, held at The Raven Hotel last Friday, was attended by the mayor of Droitwich.
Hall set to re-open 10:25am today WESTLANDS Community Hall is set to re-open after a £60,000 refurbishment. Residents will again be able to enjoy the popular venue from Monday after improvement work was recently completed. The hall boasts a wide range of activities including darts, judo, youth clubs, coffee mornings and bingo.
